Please Note
At Shabab Al Yola, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges and provide complimentary alterations and repairs to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
No Returns Policy
All sales at Shabab Al Yola are final. We do not accept product returns once an order has been delivered. Every garment is crafted with care and undergoes a thorough quality check before it reaches you, so we are confident in the product you receive.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things may not be a perfect match. That's why we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 1–2 days of receiving your order.
- Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process the exchange.
- Equal or Higher Value: Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size, or for another item of equal or higher value.
Conditions That Void an Exchange
To keep things fair for everyone, we are unable to process an exchange if:
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered outside of our services.
- There are stains, marks, or damage caused by the customer.
- The item shows signs of misuse, tearing, or any customer-inflicted wear.
- The exchange window of 1–2 days has passed.
- Tags have been removed or the item is not in its original packaging.
Our Quality Guarantee
Every piece that leaves our workshop goes through a rigorous quality assurance process conducted by our specialized QA team. We inspect every stitch, seam, and detail to make sure your garment meets the high standards Shabab Al Yola is known for.
If, despite our meticulous checks, you receive a product with any quality issue on our end, we will make it right — no questions asked.
Free Alterations & Repairs
We stand behind every garment we craft. If you experience any of the following issues that originated from our side, we will resolve them free of charge:
- Fit Adjustments: If the sizing or fit is not as requested, we will alter your garment at no cost.
- Fabric Defects: Any fabric issues such as imperfections or inconsistencies will be repaired or the item replaced entirely.
- Stitching & Craftsmanship: If there is a problem with stitching, seams, or finishing, we will fix it promptly.
- Full Replacement: In cases where a repair is not possible, we will replace the garment with a new one.
