What you'll do
- Create custom-fit kandoras and thobes from start to finish
- Take precise measurements and ensure perfect fitting
- Work with premium Japanese and traditional fabrics
- Maintain high quality standards on every garment
- Train and guide junior tailors
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of tailoring experience
- Expertise in traditional Emirati menswear
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with clients directly
Cutter Master
Lead our cutting department and make sure every piece starts with precision.
What you'll do
- Cut fabric accurately based on measurements and patterns
- Minimize fabric waste while keeping quality high
- Work closely with tailors on custom orders
- Maintain cutting tools and equipment
What we're looking for
- 5+ years experience in fabric cutting
- Understanding of different fabric types
- Strong attention to measurements

Quality Inspector
