Welcome to Shabab Al Yola. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our tailoring services and website. By accessing our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Shabab Al Yola provides premium tailoring services including:

• Custom Kandora tailoring
• Traditional Thobe creation
• Premium Bisht crafting
• Dishdasha tailoring
• Alterations and adjustments

All orders are subject to acceptance by Shabab Al Yola. Payment terms include:

• 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
• Remaining balance due upon completion
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)

Tailored garments will be ready according to the agreed timeline. Delivery options include:

• Collection at our atelier in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi
• Home delivery service (additional charges may apply)
• Delivery timeframes vary based on complexity and customization

Accurate measurements are essential for perfect tailoring. We maintain detailed measurement records for future reference. Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements or attending fittings.

We stand behind our quality. Minor alterations within 14 days of delivery are covered. Significant modifications may incur additional charges.

Orders may be cancelled before work begins with a full refund. Once tailoring has commenced, a 20% cancellation fee applies. No refunds are provided after completion and delivery.

Shabab Al Yola is not responsible for fabric defects provided by clients or damage resulting from improper care. We take responsibility only for tailoring workmanship.
