Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including:
- Abu Dhabi (same-day and next-day delivery available)
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:
Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
We believe great service should not come with hidden fees:
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders within the UAE — no minimum order value required.
- Express Delivery: Available for an additional fee. Select this option at checkout for priority handling and faster delivery.
- No Hidden Charges: The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed before you confirm your order.

- Real-Time Tracking: A tracking link is shared once your order is dispatched.
- WhatsApp Updates: Receive delivery notifications directly on WhatsApp for your convenience.
- Customer Support: If you have any delivery concerns, our team is available to assist you promptly.
Delivery Issues
While we work hard to ensure smooth deliveries, things can occasionally happen. Here's how we handle common situations:
- Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
- Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or repair.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, but we will do our best to redirect your package.
- Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order in person? You are welcome to collect your order directly from our store in Abu Dhabi. Simply select "Store Pickup" at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready. No shipping fees apply for in-store pickups.
